In business, there is sometimes a need for “urgent funds”. Delays in applications with banks and other large institutional lenders can lead to costly delays.
We are able to offer approved clients bridging finance through our direct lending arm. These short term loans are normally for a maximum of 3 to 6 months and are secured against real property. They are a form of finance that is utilised until suitable finance facilities can be arranged.
Bridging finance can be provided for:
- Working capital requirements
- GST, PAYG, Superannuation or other statutory payments
- Refinancing existing debt
- Other business or investment purposes
